1. Who we are

TresMedica Trading, Inc. ("TresMedica", "we", "us") is a Philippine healthcare group operating hemodialysis centers, the TresLab laboratory, and TresRx Pharmacy. Our head office is at The Gate, Baltao Compound, Ortigas Avenue Extension, Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. We are the personal information controller for data collected through this website (tresmedica.com).

2. The law that protects you

We process personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and the issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Health information is treated as sensitive personal information and receives a higher standard of protection.

3. What this website collects

This website is informational. It has no patient accounts and no forms of any kind. The data it touches is limited to:

• Contact you initiate. This website has no contact form. It displays our phone numbers and email address only - when you call or email us directly, we receive only what you choose to share in that call or message. The website itself does not collect, transmit, or store it.
• Hosting logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to operate and secure the service.
• Embedded maps. Center pages embed Google Maps to show locations. Google may set its own cookies when the map loads, governed by Google's privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.

4. Patient information at our centers

Personal and health information you provide when you become a patient at a TresMedica center (PhilHealth records, prescriptions, laboratory results) is collected at the center, used solely to deliver and coordinate your care, process PhilHealth benefits, and comply with Department of Health requirements. It is kept confidential, accessed only by authorized personnel, and retained only as long as the law and proper medical record-keeping require.

5. Your rights as a data subject

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your data is processed
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Request erasure or blocking of data that is unlawfully processed
• Data portability, and to be indemnified for damages from inaccurate or unlawfully obtained data
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission

6. How we protect data

We apply organizational, physical, and technical security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold - restricted access to records, staff confidentiality undertakings, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) on this website. In the event of a data breach that requires notification, we will notify the NPC and affected individuals within the periods set by NPC rules.

7. Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors through this website. Care for minor patients at our centers is always arranged through a parent or legal guardian.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date above always reflects the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this website.
