2. This website is information, not medical advice

Content on this website - including descriptions of hemodialysis, laboratory services, medications, and PhilHealth coverage - is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always consult your nephrologist or attending physician about your diagnosis, treatment plan, and prescriptions. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency hotline or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. PhilHealth and coverage information

References to PhilHealth benefits, session rates, and coverage caps reflect the rules in force when the page was last updated. PhilHealth policies change; the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation's own issuances always prevail. Confirm your specific coverage with your center or PhilHealth directly.

4. The No Balance Billing pledge

"No Balance Billing" describes how TresMedica structures dialysis care at participating centers: covered services beyond PhilHealth payment are absorbed by TresMedica as described on this website. Specific inclusions are explained at intake. The pledge is a service commitment of TresMedica and applies as documented in your patient agreement with the center.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website - including attempting to breach its security, scraping content to misrepresent TresMedica, or using it to transmit unlawful material.

6. Intellectual property

The TresMedica name, logo, sister-brand marks (One Dialysis Center, TresLab, TresRx Pharmacy), and the content of this website are owned by TresMedica Trading, Inc. or used with permission. You may share links to our pages freely; reproducing content for commercial purposes requires our written consent.

7. Third-party links and embeds

Pages on this site embed Google Maps and link to Facebook pages and other external sites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control.

8. Limitation of liability

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is".
